- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆January 13, 2019, by Emily McCoyHorrible horrible horrible customer service. I 100% recommend taking your prescriptions elsewhere (Harris Teeter is great, Walgreens, etc). They never have anything ready when they are supposed to, and they are less than friendly if you get even a little bit upset about it. They make it seem like YOU are stupid and rude for being stressed/upset that your prescriptions are messed up, or not ready. They don't bother to call you and tell you that your stuff is going to be late. The non pharmacy staff seems fine, and attentive. Wouldn't recommend for prescriptions. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE!!
