  Take a look at the ratings of this AT&T store, and compare it with the Verizon store right next door in the same market. Should be enough to tell you that you shouldn't be going to this store... Make the switch to Sprint or Verizon

  I had a huge problem with At&t Corp and Johnathan and Joe were simply awesome! I upgraded some phones and the SR store did not have one of them in stock, no problem they ordered one from ATT and it was to be shipped to my door in 2-3 days. Well the phone UPS shipped made it to the warehouse in Chantilly and I never received it. When contacting them they just informed me it would be delivered the next day, because it was their and it just didn't make it on the truck. This went on for over a week then, they finally reported it lost. Long story short, I was told, by ATT corp that I could go to my local ATT store and get a new phone, they would "black list" the 1st phone that was lost so that I could activate a new one. This is where the problem started and Johnathan fixed it. I visited SR ATT where Johnathan bent over backwards, made calls and worked with ATT corp for 3 days before they would release my 1st phone lost by UPS, (which was never black listed) so that I could activate and received my new phone. Johnathan was patience, kind and supportive during the entire ordeal and truly worked diligently on my behalf. As a side note ATT corporate now wants to charge me $99.99 for not returning my old phone when I received the 1st phone!! They still have not "black listed" the phone and they think it was delivered to me when UPS clearly says it was not!!!
